Shipping Policy


Shipping times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. However, during the holiday season and times of high volume, we may require a few additional days.

Once your order is ready to be sent, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please be advised that after you receive this notification, it may take 48 hours for the tracking information to populate. All packages are typically delivered within 7-20 business days depending on your location (unless otherwise specified). However, this just an estimate given by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which are calculated at checkout unless noted otherwise. .

Packages Arriving Later Than Expected

GemmaBeauti is not responsible for carrier delays, late delivery and/or packages delivered after the estimated arrival date. Although we do our best to process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible, sometimes carriers may experience unforeseen delays to due weather, Covid-19 and other circumstances. 

 

Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders. If a package cannot be delivered by the carrier and is returned to sender, we will contact the customer for a new/updated address first. If no updated address is provided, store credit will be issued for the total amount paid for the order, after deducting any discounts and shipping fees, and the initial cost paid by the shipper.

 

Refused Packages

Any packages refused by the recipient and returned to our store will result in a $10.00 restocking fee.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

In the event that an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact support@tgemmabeauti.com within three days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Missing or Stolen Packages

GemmaBeauti is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or missing items after delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate at the time of purchase. If you package has been marked "delivered" but is missing, we recommend following up with your local post office or carrier directly.
